Purpose and Initiatives of the Consortium
"QOL Improvement and Life Sciences" consortium has developed a multifaceted engineering method that Shibaura Institute of Technology has accumulated so far, and is developing drugs using self-medication by mobile healthcare, drug repositioning and emotional science , Molecular imprint method for therapeutic drug monitoring, or development of rehabilitation technology leading to prompt improvement of prognosis, and to build a comprehensive healthcare system.
We are conducting research from the following three viewpoints.
■Technology development for retardation change delay
・We will develop a method to support self-care before disease.
■Development of diagnostic and therapeutic methods for diseases derived from environmental factors
・We will develop new medicines and medical devices from a new perspective.
■Improve prognosis promptly
・We will develop rehabilitation technology to restore motor function and improve quality of life.
By integrating these data and technologies as a healthcare platform, we aim to comprehensively manage multistage and diverse symptoms and measures.
