SEATUC 2019 will be held at Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST).
The venue for all activities will be at Ta Quang Buu Library which is 3 minutes walking from the main gate of HUST at No. 1 Dai Co Viet Street, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi, Vietnam.
TRANSPORTATION (From Noibai International Airport – HAN)
Public transportations are available with limited guidance in English.
All transportations will be listed below from the most convenient downwards
1. BY TAXI
Airport Taxi : Taxies are easily found at the entrance of the airport. You might have to be charged from VND350.000 to VND400.000 (approximately $15-$17). Grab cars and Uber are available with competitive prices but you might need to wait a little bit and toll are subjected to be charged.

The taxi drop off point is the main entrance of HUST at No.1 Dai Co Viet Street and it takes about 1 hour 20 minutes without traffic jams. Only Vietnam Dong in cash will be accepted by the driver. There are no POS on taxies. Other payment methods have to be paid online or through apps.
2. BY AIRPORT SHUTTLE BUS
Airport Shuttle Bus can be found at the entrance of T2 Terminal (which is the International Terminal).
The price is VND30.000 (approximately $1.5) and take about 1 hour 30 minutes to the last drop off point (which is the Hanoi Railway Station). From there, you can take a taxi/ grab/ uber which cost about VND20.000 to VND30.000 (approximately $1 – $1.5) and 10 minutes to HUST. Only Vietnam Dong in cash will be accepted by the driver. There are no POS on taxies. Other payment methods have to be paid online or through apps.
3. BY AIRPORT MINIBUS
Airport Mini Bus Stop is at the entrance of T1 Terminal (Domestic Terminal). You need to walk from T2 Terminal (International Terminal) and take the minibus at the entrance. The price is VND 30.000 (approximately $1.5). The bus will depart when full and stop at No. 1 Quang Trung Street – opposite to the Head Quarter of Vietnam Airlines. From there, you need to take a taxi/ grab/ uber which cost around VND30.000 – VND50.000 (approximately $1.5 to $2.5) and 15 minutes to HUST. Only Vietnam Dong in cash will be accepted by the driver. There are no POS on taxies. Other payment methods have to be paid online or through apps.
WEATHER IN HANOI
During March, you might experience a mild and humid weather in Hanoi with average of 17°c – 25°c, light sunshine and occasional rain day time, so umbrella is recommended if you prefer walking outdoor.
