IS participants need to print their Poster and bring to the Symposium site for poster exhibition. HUST as the Organizing University has prepared poster frames to post your poster on.
– Poster size:
A0 = 841mm x 1189mm printed in normal paper or PP.

+ 14 March 2019: 13:00 – 17:30
+ 15 March 2019: 09:00 – 12:05
– Poster Exhibition venue:
Lobby of 6th Floor, Ta Quang Buu Library Building, Hanoi University of Science and Technology
– Time of posting your Poster at HUST:
+ Option 1: 15:00 – 17:00 of 13 March 2019
+ Option 2: Before Registration time of 14 March 2019 (before 8:30 am)
