South East Asian Technical University Consortium (SEATUC) will organize the 13th international symposium at Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST), Hanoi, Vietnam on March 14-15, 2019. SEATUC 2019 is the first symposium after a renovation of the structures of the symposium, which is designed to strengthen multilateral research collaborations among SEATUC member universities. Researchers, engineers, practitioners, and graduate students in SEATUC member universities are welcome to submit your prominent research achievements as authors. The topics of interest include, but are not limited to, the following items:
