Authors are cordially invited to submit the extended version of the paper to be presented at the SEATUC Symposium 2025 on March 5th – 6th, hosted by Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Vietnam. All manuscripts must be prepared in English and are subject to a rigorous and fair peer-review process.
